Undergraduate Career Outcomes

Each year Simmons’ Career Education Center surveys alumnae/i from the previous year’s graduating baccalaureate class to determine their employment and/or further education status. The most recent of these First Destinations Survey results are for the Class of 2023.

Key results from the survey report include:

  • 99% of graduates were employed full- or part-time, volunteering, and/or continuing their education within six (6) months of leaving Simmons
  • 85% of graduates employed full-time were in positions related to their major
  • The average salary was $61,053 (3 data points)
