Lost or Stolen Cards
What happens if I lose my card?
Once your Fenway Cash account is activated, your ID card should be treated like cash and protected accordingly
- If your card is lost, stolen, misplaced or if you suspect someone is using your card without authorization, you should immediately log into the website to deactivate your account. An immediate deactivation and report will help keep any monetary loss to a minimum.
- You should contact the Office of Public Safety at 617-521-1112 to have your door access deactivated. The Public Safety phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You may also contact the Campus Card Office during regular business hours to have your card deactivated. The Fenway Card Service Center is also available for assistance Monday through Friday (holidays excluded) from 8 am to 6 pm Eastern Time at 1-877-263-8340.
- After your account is deactivated, you must come to the Campus Card Office to receive a new ID Card and reactivate the account. For your security, your card cannot be reactivated until you visit the Campus Card Office. If your card was lost, stolen or misplaced, you will be charged a replacement card fee of $20.00.
