Caroline Aspinwall ’25, majoring in Health and Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology, shares details about her internship experience at Boston Children’s Hospital. Aspinwall interned in the cardiac fitness program, where patients with congenital heart disease attend a series of sessions over the course of three months, to learn safe and effective exercise techniques.
