Can I stay beyond the last official day of Summer Housing?
If you are contracted for the Fall 2025 semester and are willing to pay the $304 rate for the additional days you do not need to move out on August 23. You cannot participate in this option if you do not have a Fall 2025 assignment with us.
If you are ending your All Summer term or Summer II term on August 243 and choose not to stay on campus, you will have to move all of your belongings off campus completely and then move back in when your 2025-2026 Housing Contract starts.
Spring Assignment to Summer Assignment Move Over
If you are contracted for the Spring 2025 semester and will be starting your Summer Housing Contract with us on May 11, you will move over your Summer Assignment starting Wednesday, May 21, 2025, and will need to be fully moved out of your previous assignment by end of day Thursday, May 22, 2025.
Summer Assignment to Fall Assignment Move Over
If you elect to stay after your Summer commitments conclude, and you are also contracted for the 2025-2026 Academic year, you will move to their Fall assignment from Friday, August 15 – Saturday, August 16, 2025.
