How to Make an Appointment with the Health Center

Appointments are required at the Health Center. Call 617-521-1020 during our business hours (M–F, 9 am – 4:30 pm) to schedule an appointment. Appointments cannot be scheduled via email.

You can use the Patient Portal to schedule an appointment for a limited number of reasons and days/times. Online scheduling is available for:

• Cough
• Sore Throat
• Pain/Burning with Urination
• Rash/Skin Problem
• Vaginal Pain/Itching/Swelling/Etc.
• TB Test Placement

If you need an appointment for any other reason, or are unable to find an appointment online, please call us at 617-521-1020 during business hours (Weekdays, 9 am – 4:30 pm) to make an appointment. Please be as accurate as possible when choosing the reason for your visit- we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment as clinical needs require. Online scheduling is not intended for emergencies or for chronic/complex concerns.

If you need care while we are closed, you can utilize any of these urgent care options. If you need emergency assistance, contact Simmons Public Safety at 617-521-1111 or call 911 if you are off campus.
