Applying for Financial Aid
We have simplified the process of applying for aid at Simmons University. As soon as you have submitted your application for Admission, we encourage you to file your Free Application for Federal Student Aid so that we are able to put together a full financial aid package for you.
Merit Scholarships
Merit-based scholarships are available to all applicants applying to be admitted as a first year, transfer or Dix scholar. Find out more about the scholarships available through the Admission process.
To Apply:
Eligible applicants will automatically receive consideration for merit-based scholarships at the time of acceptance, and no additional paperwork is required beyond the application for admission
Institutional and Federal Financial Aid
Institutional and Federal Financial Aid in the form of Grants, Loans and Student Employment are available to undergraduate students who are:
- U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens
- Once enrolled, registered at least ½ time (6 credits/semester)
- Not in default (more than 270 days late) on previous student federal loan debt
- Once enrolled, are maintaining Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
To Apply:
Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Simmons University Federal School Code is 002208
