Meal Plan Selection

Sharing a meal is one of the best ways to bring people together, so Simmons offers a variety of dining options and meal plans for students. There are full-service dining halls and cafes on both the residence and the academic campuses.

All Simmons University residents receive a meal plan as part of the room and board package. All students residing in University Housing are required to participate in a Residential Meal Plan included in the Room and Board charges for the Housing Contract.

Simmons offers a variety of dining options and meal plans. You can choose from several full-service meal plans, point meal plans, or a la carte cash options.

Selecting Your Meal Plan

When you receive both your housing assignment email and Move-In Day information email, you will receive a link to choose your meal plan.

Choose the meal plan you want, and complete the Meal Plan Selection form by the deadline. You will have the option to change meal plans within the first three weeks of each semester. See the important dates page for deadlines and change dates.

If you do not select a meal plan, you will be automatically placed in the unlimited option. You may change meal plans within the first three weeks of each semester.

Unused meal swipes expire at the end of each semester.

Please note: The Residential Meal Plan is offered when the Housing Contract is in effect, and the Residence Halls are open except for Fall Break, Winter Break, and Spring Break.

Exemptions to the Residential Meal Plan are only considered for medical conditions and food allergies diagnosed by a medical physician that can not be accommodated by Aramark Dining Services.
